Beta Program Agreement
Last updated: August 28, 2026
This Beta Program Agreement ("Beta Agreement") applies if you or your organization was invited to participate in Colurian's closed beta program (the "Beta"). It supplements the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which still apply to your use of the Service — where this Beta Agreement conflicts with the Terms of Service, this Beta Agreement controls for as long as you're a Beta participant.
1. What the Beta is
The Beta is a free, limited, closed test of Colurian offered to a small number of teams in exchange for their feedback, ahead of a wider release. Access is by invitation and can be limited to a specific number of teams, users, or features at our discretion.
2. Free during the Beta
Beta access is free for the duration of the Beta period. We'll give you reasonable advance notice before the Beta ends or before any paid plan would apply to your account going forward — you won't be automatically charged when the Beta ends.
3. No warranty, no SLA
The Beta is provided "as is," with no uptime commitment or service-level agreement. Features may be incomplete, may change without notice, and bugs should be expected — that's the point of a closed beta. Don't rely on the Beta for mission-critical business operations without a backup of your data elsewhere.
4. What we ask of you
In exchange for free access, we ask that you actually use Colurian with your real team (not just one person), and that you tell us when something breaks or feels wrong — including the small, unglamorous stuff. A short regular check-in is part of what makes the Beta valuable to both of us.
5. Feedback
Any feedback, bug reports, or suggestions you give us about the Beta may be used by us freely — including to improve or build features into Colurian — without any obligation to pay you or credit you, and without creating any confidentiality obligation on our part regarding the content of that feedback itself.
6. Confidentiality of unreleased features
Beta features, and any roadmap or product information we share with you that isn't publicly available, are confidential. Please don't publicly share screenshots, descriptions, or details of unreleased Beta features without asking us first.
7. Ending the Beta
Either of us can end your participation in the Beta at any time, for any reason, on notice (an email is enough). If we end the Beta generally, we'll give you a reasonable window to export your Customer Data before it's deleted, consistent with the Privacy Policy.
8. Liability
Because the Beta is free, our total liability to you arising from your use of the Beta is limited to $50, to the fullest extent the law allows — separate from and in addition to the limitation of liability in the Terms of Service, whichever is lower.
